The Diverse Projects “MY Black Pearl” has been the local buzz for the SMI design and manufacturing team since February 2009.
Unlike most installation jobs for SMI that are completed offshore we have the luxury of having this attractive 31.5m vessel on our doorstep in Whangarei.
This has given staff that normally don’t get to see the work they produce in its final form on the boat, the opportunity to get on board and see the finished result.
Working with the Diverse Projects team has been an absolute pleasure and the job has gone tremendously well. We were thrilled to see her slip into the water in December.
